Job summary

David is seeking a data-driven Growth FP&A professional to join the team in New York City. You will build forecasting models, translate marketing investment into financial impact, and partner with Finance and Data to scale analytics across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, FP&A, or finance at a fast-paced startup.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with experience building forecasts and ROI analyses.
• Ability to translate finance and data work into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales, orders, and unit volume by channel, product line, and SKU mix.
• Maintain and improve marketing investment and economics models (CAC, LTV, MER/aMER).
• Translate growth strategy into revenue, margin, and financial impact.
• Design scalable analytics systems to improve visibility into marketing performance.
• Partner with Data and Finance to scale marketing analytics as the business grows.
