Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Lead shifts, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality across shifts and control costs.
