Jersey Mike's Subs Village on the Park in Aurora, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations, building a positive, high‑performing team.

You will coach, develop, and motivate teammates, assist with hiring and training, monitor labor and food quality, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience while upholding food safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while upholding food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality; control costs and inventory.
• Ensure food safety and company operating standards; handle customer concerns.
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed; foster a team-first culture.
