Elm Grove Companies in Manchester, NH is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our field operations and learn the skills to grow into a full technician role. You’ll help with upkeep across our properties and assist the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks.

Ideal candidates will own a smartphone and have reliable transportation, be able to lift, and are eager to work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred.
• Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own.

Responsibilities

• Trash and debris removal.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our field operations team. You’ll assist with essential upkeep across our properties while learning the skills to grow into a full technician role. Duties include:

• Trash and debris removal
• Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care
• Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required)
• Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Compensation:

$16.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
