You will support planning and delivery, manage subcontracts and change orders, track budgets, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and the field team to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on commercial construction.
• Experience on projects valued at $10M+ through full project cycles.
• Solid understanding of contracts, budgets, schedules and change management.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Track project budgets, costs and forecasts, flagging risks early.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and the field team to keep projects on schedule.
• Run project meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Help prepare pay applications, monthly reports and closeout documents.
