LVI Associates seeks an Assistant Project Manager for its Houston team to support the delivery of commercial projects valued up to $20 million, with a focus on medical facilities, healthcare developments, and research centers across the Greater Houston area. In this role you will assist with planning, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with clients and subs, while developing into a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager position over time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and field teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and overall project performance.
• Support delivery of healthcare, medical and research facility projects.
