Job summary

Axis Construction Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects in King of Prussia, PA. You will collaborate with seasoned Project Managers to guide projects from start to finish, ensuring coordination, clear communication, and on-time delivery.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of commercial construction or PM experience, with Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
• Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules
• Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues
• Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients
