Staab Management, a Pizza Hut Midwest franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold guest service, quality, and cleanliness. You will assist with scheduling, training, and inventory while supporting store initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with flexibility for peak hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability incl. days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
