Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role also involves scheduling, labor management, helping hit sales goals, hiring and onboarding new staff, monitoring inventory and product quality, and supporting local promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
