GANA-A’YOO, LIMITED is seeking a Chief Growth Officer in Anchorage, AK. The role leads growth strategy, business development, capture management, and strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the federal contracting market.

This executive expects a deep track record in government contracting, APMP/PMP certifications, and strong leadership. You will align pricing, resources, and compliance with growth objectives, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a senior finance role in government contracting.
• Training or certification in Capture Management, APMP, or Program Management (PMP) preferred.
• Active or eligible for U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred.
• Proven track record leading business development and growth in federal contracting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy in alignment with corporate goals and government mission priorities.
• Lead and oversee all business development, capture, and proposal activities to expand market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with federal agencies, prime contractors, and industry partners.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new opportunities, including contract vehicles, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Guide cross-functional teams in developing winning strategies, proposals, and innovative solutions.
• Monitor market trends, budget forecasts, and federal procurement priorities to anticipate shifts in demand.
• Represent the company at industry forums, government events, and client meetings to promote corporate capabilities.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and COO to ensure resources, pricing, and compliance align with growth strategies.
• Provide performance metrics and pipeline forecasts to the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Mentor and develop business development and capture leaders to build a high-performing growth organization.
