Gana-A'Yoo Limited seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational effectiveness of the organization. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive growth, sustain value for Alaska Native shareholders, and build a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience, preferably in ANCs.
• Knowledge of ANCSA, corporate governance, and shareholder relations.
• Experience with federal government contracting, including SBA 8(a), FAR, DFARS, and related compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidate must reside in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and corporate management.
• Keep the Board informed of performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute the Corporation's long-term strategic goals.
• Foster positive relationships with shareholders and promote long-term shareholder value.
• Direct senior leadership and ensure prudent allocation of resources.
• Model ethical leadership and steward Alaska Native heritage.
