Job summary

Ash & Erie, the first major brand for shorter men, is hiring a flexible generalist to drive growth across marketing, partnerships, and special projects. In a small, fast-moving team, you will own core initiatives from day one, spanning ecommerce, operations, and CEO support.

This full-time remote role offers ownership on Shopify backend operations, collaboration with the CEO, and the autonomy to tackle ambiguous problems while delivering practical execution.

Qualifications

• Experience working with small, fast-moving companies.
• Executive presence and relevant experience who can hit the ground running.
• Background in consumer, CPG, ecommerce, retail, brand, or partnership work.
• Strong business sense and a high level of hustle.
• Able to learn quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in marketing or growth at a small company before.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative growth ideas that bring in new customers outside of paid ads
• Help develop and run partnerships, events, and brand collaborations
• Manage Shopify backend operations, including product listings, inventory, and site updates, with increasing ownership due to upcoming team coverage changes
• Take on special projects tied to growth, operations, and day-to-day company needs
• Work closely with the CEO on a mix of strategic and executional projects
• Step into ambiguous problems, figure things out quickly, and move independently
