Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in medical and/or business sales/marketing or related experience is required.
• Experience developing and implementing business development growth strategies preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies regarding business attraction, business retention and business expansion, recognizing performance improvement opportunities and take action to implement.
• Manage internal & external relationships, including serving as a liaison between the organization and referral sources.
• Represent the organization at marketing, business development, and educational events, including local trade shows, health fairs, association meetings, networking events, and patient/community education events.
• Assist the strategic planning and marketing team with organizational initiatives.
