Job summary

The Hadar Institute seeks a full-time Program Engagement Manager to grow engagement across Hadar’s programs and content with a special focus on Chicago. This Chicago-based role reports to the Sr.

Director of Programs and Engagement, and travel to Chicago throughout the year will be expected. You will expand our audience, plan and run Chicago area programs, build partnerships, and work with multiple teams to execute targeted engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and driven to execute projects from start to finish.
• Friendly and clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of recruitment avenues including email, social media, and mainstream media.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data management systems such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Expand Hadar’s audience in the Chicago area through programs and content.
• Plan and execute Chicago area programs.
• Collaborate with program, teen, campus, regional and communications teams on targeted engagement strategies.
• Maintain partnerships with institutions and congregations in Chicago.
• Expand marketing reach in Chicago via digital platforms and newsletters.
• Manage Chicago participant recruitment data with Hadar’s data team.
