Advisor Group Inc. in Henderson/Las Vegas is seeking a Business Development Officer for a hybrid role across Las Vegas/Henderson offices.

You will establish and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and financial professionals, serving as a key liaison between Business Development, Onboarding, and Trust Administration to ensure smooth processes. The position offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus an annual bonus, with a four-day in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with significant experience may be considered.
• 2–3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Advanced computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Strong reading, analysis, and interpretation of business materials.

Responsibilities

• Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with clients, referrals, and attorneys.
• Represent the company at events to generate additional business.
• Track items and communicate with clients and onboarding staff for timely onboarding.
• Manage onboarding contact to ensure seamless transitions.
• Enter Salesforce data and generate reports on new business and metrics.
