Geotechnical & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES) is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support Client Relations and Project Managers in researching markets, preparing materials, and identifying new clients.

Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV; salary range $50,000–$65,000 per year. Requires a BA in marketing/English/engineering and 5+ years of experience; benefits include 401(k), health & dental insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, English, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience; A/E industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year of document layout and production experience.

Responsibilities

• Research marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain CRM data and updates as needed.
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing communications.
• Coordinate web/social media content and marketing materials development.
• Assist in coordinating client events.
• Maintain mailing lists, provide desktop publishing, and archive files.
• Develop and coordinate graphics; write and edit layout materials.
