Job summary

CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to become Growth Partners who build a recurring book of business in their local market.

You bring in the business; we handle fulfillment, pricing, proposals, insurance, invoicing, and back-office support so you can focus on growing your market and relationships with property managers, HOAs, offices, and commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Proven drive and self-motivation to grow new markets.
• Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify local market opportunities and decision-makers.
• Introduce CAM Resources and schedule walkthroughs.
• Develop relationships and help close new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers you bring in and grow recurring revenue.
