Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager in the Phoenix metro area to drive practice growth and financial performance while enhancing provider engagement. This role partners with Care Centers, Market Leadership, and the MSO to implement growth initiatives, expand services, and improve patient access.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a health care organization with broad knowledge of patient care management, care center operations, managed care, and practice financials.
• Women’s health experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% with onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a growth-focused strategic partner for Care Center Managers and physicians, strengthening physician relationships, provider engagement, and alignment around market growth priorities.
• Leverage practice performance analytics, market insights, reporting, and on-site observations to identify, prioritize, and execute revenue optimization opportunities.
• Lead Care Center strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and market expansion planning by translating enterprise growth strategies into measurable practice-level action plans.
• Monitor patient and provider satisfaction, access metrics, and response times to identify barriers and coordinate action plans.
• Drive adoption of enterprise growth initiatives by collaborating with Unified partners to support consistent execution across Care Centers.
• Track and communicate progress against goals and performance measures.
