The Strategic Growth Manager is an in-market strategic partner between the Unified Women’s Healthcare managed service organization (MSO), Market Leadership, and affiliated Care Centers. This role focuses on driving practice growth, financial performance, provider engagement, strategic planning, initiative adoption, market expansion, revenue optimization, and measurable practice performance improvement.
They leverage practice performance analytics, market insights, reporting, and on-site engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and partner with Care Center Managers, physicians, and cross-functional teams to execute growth plans, optimize revenue, expand services, improve patient access, and strengthen operational performance.
A key aspect of the role is maintaining a strong performance cadence through quarterly business reviews, schedule reviews, on‑site meetings, and ongoing touchpoints with physicians and practice leaders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, financial outcomes, provider engagement, initiative adoption, and growth opportunities.
Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a strong focus on building trusted physician relationships, enhancing provider engagement, and enabling Care Centers to achieve sustainable growth and high‑quality patient outcomes.
