Qualifications

- At least 3 years with P&L responsibility for a business/unit.
- Experience with high-speed engine-compressor product lines (Ajax, CAT, Superior, Waukesha).
- Proven growth strategy implementation and scale-up operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Contract Compression business unit P&L and strategic direction.
- Oversee commercial strategy, sales, and customer alignment.
- Drive revenue, profitability, utilization, and budget targets.
- Manage repair/refurbish facility in Alice, TX and field services.
- Present monthly regional reviews to Cooper executive team.
- Implement efficiency initiatives to reduce costs and improve asset utilization.
- Ensure safety compliance across business unit.
