Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipment readiness. You will use equipment to pick, pack, and kit items per shipping demands, aiming for accuracy and quality while supporting inventory and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills to record transactions, with standards aligned to SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products as needed.
• Operate forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Record order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Support inventory/cycle counts as needed.
