Job summary

Kenco Group, a leading 3PL provider, seeks a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to pick, pack, label, and inspect products for shipping. You will operate material handling equipment when needed and support inventory counts in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 1 year in a warehouse, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We emphasize integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift/order picker if required.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Record packaging and order information on forms.
• Attach shipping labels and ensure proper DOT/IATA/IMDG labeling.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers and packing specs; document quality checks.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Keep facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate incidents promptly.
• May perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
