Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and prep shipments for delivery. You will use designated equipment to handle orders, inspect products, and ensure accuracy and quality at each step of the process.

The role involves measuring, counting, and documenting packaging details, plus maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to SQFI/FDA requirements. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct quantity.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipping.
• Record packaging and order information on forms.
• Affix shipping labels and mark boxes per regulations.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and perform inspections.
