AROW Global Corp. is seeking a Production Operations Manager in Mosinee, WI. You will own the value stream performance, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and lead a team of supervisors to achieve operational goals.

The role involves partnering with Sales and Engineering to support growth and new programs. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong leadership in manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimizing processes levers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of value stream performance (safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, engagement).
• Establish and manage KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Lead a team of production supervisors and drive continuous improvement.
