Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, automotive, or client-facing roles).
• Strong computer proficiency and superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our shop across high-volume channels (phones, texts, chats, emails).
• Listen to customer concerns and guide them through repair options based on safety, urgency, and budget; follow shop processes to create accurate repair orders and clear estimates.
• Build long-term customer trust by updating on repair timelines, costs, and maintenance recommendations in a transparent way.
• Bridge the gap between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication on every job; prepare itemized repair orders and schedule services.
• Drive the customer shuttle, assist with emergency parts runs, and participate in weekly team meetings; support ongoing skill-building and shop software mastery.
