Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting (audit or tax), corporate accounting, financial services, or investment/fund accounting.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, but not required.
• Prior investment accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain general ledger activity and financial records across multiple entities.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Support cash management, forecasting, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with accounting and reporting related to various financial and investment activities.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax professionals.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and additional financial analysis.
