Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 2–5 years of work experience.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and accounting records across multiple entities.
• Assist with core accounting functions: journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, reimbursements, producing financial statements, budgets.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate tax return preparation with external vendor.
• Maintain detailed investment records for private investments.
• Support CFO and investment team on ad hoc projects; expand responsibilities over time.
