Job summary

The Equus Group is seeking a Senior Associate in Beloit, WI to join the Accounting & Finance team. You will support accounting functions, analyze data, and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions.

You will work with the CFO and cross-functional teams on planning, analysis, and financial strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting/audit/financial analysis within financial services, and a strong GAAP, regulatory, and Excel skill set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry.
• Prior work experience at a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
