Job summary

Sterling Group in the United States is seeking a self-motivated Property Manager for Self-Storage. You will develop and implement the Sterling 5 P’s plan to ensure property performance and customer satisfaction, meeting ownership and budget expectations.

You will drive occupancy growth, analyze financials, forecast budgets, and oversee staff. Responsibilities include marketing, pricing strategy, compliance with delinquency and collection policies, and coordination across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred.
• Three years’ management experience, preferably with a sales background.
• Ability to manage remote managers and diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication for customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Yardi and SiteLink.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sterling 5 P’s Business Plan to meet owner, tenant, vendor and customer expectations.
• Meet budgeted occupancy goals and monthly financial objectives.
• Generate and increase monthly and annual income and property value.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and assist with annual budgeting forecasts.
• Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports and Capital Expense/Reserve Requests; ensure reporting accuracy.
• Enforce Sterling Delinquency and Rent Collection policies; support pricing strategy.
