Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Schertz, TX. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and a strong focus on hands-on therapy with children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
