Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is expanding its team in McDonough, GA. We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role requires 6+ months of related experience and availability across weekdays and weekends. Starting pay ranges per role are posted, and final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings.
