Job summary

NextGen Bioplastics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our sustainability-focused manufacturing facility. This entry-level role involves production line assistance, materials handling, and inventory organization, with opportunities to learn across the plant.

You will work in a safe, GMP-conscious environment with a team that values reliability, teamwork, and clear communication. Some overtime may be required as production needs arise.

Qualifications

• Reliable with punctual attendance and consistent presence.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions and collaborate.
• Safety minded and compliant with PPE and GMP rules.
• Clear verbal and written communication for production updates.

Responsibilities

• Support production line operations and assist with assembly and packaging.
• Move materials safely using pallet jacks or carts.
• Keep warehouse organized and verify packing slips during loading/unloading.
• Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors to low-supply items.
• Help maintain GMP-compliant facilities and perform housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Plant Manager.
