2G Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance engineering solutions, and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and wants to support a dynamic production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts and materials
• Pick and issue components to support production and internal requests
• Keep storage locations organized and accessible
• Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy reporting
• Help stage materials for production and shipping needs
• Support basic ordering and tracking of parts and material replenishment
• Prepare outgoing shipments as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow established procedures
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Nice to Have

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
• ERP or inventory management system experience
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role in a warehouse/manufacturing setting that requires regular standing, walking, bending, and material handling.
