Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification preferred, or ability to obtain.
• Physical stamina and mobility for bending, lifting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to wear respirators and PPE per safety standards.
• Strong commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics with inventory workflows.
• Proven track record of prioritizing safety in all environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate material processing and manufacturing equipment (conveyance, shredding, milling).
• Pick and load inventory for production areas.
• Maintain data in a Warehouse Management System and generate reports.
• Support quality control processes and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist inbound shipments and inventory audits (cycle counts).
• Operate PIT equipment (reach truck, forklift) and other material handling gear.
• Follow material flow strategies to improve efficiency and production readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing business demands.
