We offer a safe work environment, competitive wages, and opportunities for training and growth in a company that’s committed to sustainability and American manufacturing.

Warehouse Associate is a versatile, entry‑level position responsible for supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This role involves a mix of physical labor, production line assistance, and inventory organization. As a member of a growing startup, the Associate must be adaptable and willing to jump into various tasks as plant needs shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Line Support: Assist in the operation of production machinery, monitor product quality on the line, and help with the assembly and packaging of finished goods.
  • Materials Handling: Safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or manual lifting.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verifying packing slips.
  • Inventory Assistance: Support the management of stock levels by counting inventory and alerting supervisors to low‑supply items.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the plant meets safety and “Good Manufacturing Practice” (GMP) standards.
  • Adaptability: Perform “other duties as assigned” to support the Plant Manager and the broader production team.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may include noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 8‑10 hour shift.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use stairs as needed during the workday.
  • Must have manual dexterity required for product assembly and packaging.
  • May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or schedule flexibility based on operational needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
  • Safety Mindset: Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
  • Communication: Clear verbal communication skills to provide production updates and coordinate with the team.
