Job summary

One Medical in the Phoenix area is seeking current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents to join our team after residency. You will manage patient panels, conduct acute and chronic visits, and participate in telehealth as needed.

We offer onboarding with mentorship, ongoing education, and a base salary ranging from $170,400 to $268,425. Final starting pay depends on experience and schedule, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed residency within last calendar year and scheduled to take next exam.
• State license in Arizona obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with broad needs: acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Learn through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams daily.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams

• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program

• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam

• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of ou r Phoenix offices. Du ring your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

The base salary range for this role is $170,400.00 to $268,425.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
