Luxor Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient care and ongoing assessments in alignment with facility standards and physician orders. You will collaborate with the evaluating therapist to track progress and adjust plans as needed, while delivering education and discharge planning support.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, strong communication within the healthcare team, and applying diverse modalities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Physical Therapist certification.
• Experience with patient assessment and care per standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/client care and assessment in accordance with practice standards and facility policies.
• Provides care per physician’s orders and plan of care developed by evaluating therapist.
• Takes measurements of patient status to assess care effectiveness.
• Maintains communication with evaluating therapist to maximize therapy benefits.
• Implements education plan and identifies additional educational needs with evaluating therapist.
