GSM Outdoors is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, optimize product feeds, and improve ROAS. You will partner with Creative, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Web, Email, and Planning teams to maximize revenue and brand impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, GA4/GTMs usage, and cross-brand campaigns in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 2+ years of relevant performance marketing experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience for e-commerce brands.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads and product feed optimization.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
• Optimize campaigns daily, manage budgets, bidding, and testing.
• Align campaigns with brand objectives and promotional calendars.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against goals.
• Collaborate on Meta campaigns as needed.
• Own keyword strategies and product feed optimization.
• Develop ad copy, landing pages, and creative testing.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
