Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is seeking an Office Manager to oversee essential admin duties, manage office supplies, and support offsite accounting with document tracking.

The role will also assist customer service and play a part in the Reno site's evolution into a full-scale manufacturing facility by 2026. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing manufacturing environment, is adaptable, and able to take on expanding leadership responsibilities as operations scale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, order processing, or office admin (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
• Proficiency in Amtech, MS Office and Outlook. ERP/order entry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office supplies and document filing, scanning and admin upkeep.
• Support customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless order flow.
• Track and forward paperwork to offsite accounting teams.
• Reconcile order records and support billing and reporting processes.
• Provide general administrative support to site leadership.
• Assist with scaling and process improvements as the site develops.
• Maintain organized, professional front office and workspace.
