The position offers standard weekday hours and opportunities to grow within a busy office environment. Responsibilities include phone handling, invoicing, contract setup, and data entry in proprietary systems, plus coordination with drivers and team members.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or relevant office experience.
• Proficient with data entry and MS Office Suite including Excel.
• Strong math, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cross train in the office including Truck Scale Operations.
• Handle customer phone calls and walk-in traffic in a busy environment.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and assistants.
• Set up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and data entry.
• Handle direct payments and process incoming calls.
• Maintain understanding of company products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials.
• Communicate clearly with manager, staff and patrons.
• Occasionally go outside to verify incoming loads.
• Filing and other misc. office duties as assigned.
