Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral health team. You will provide outpatient therapy to diverse clients and collaborate with a clinical and administrative team to deliver sustainable, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in social work, counseling, or related field and licensure pathway.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
