Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver outpatient individual and family therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work with a clinical team to help clients progress toward licensure, with emphasis on growth and professional development.

Responsibilities include assessments, crisis planning, case consultations, and documentation. The role emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, and teamwork within Transformations Care Network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
