Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Send/receive patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Obtain lab/x-ray reports, hospital notes, referrals; schedule appointments; verify insurance.
• Prepare and manage charts; maintain infection control; manage inventory of supplies.
• Check schedules; organize patient flow; assist with exams and transfers.
• Answer calls and provide patient education.
