• Experience with appliance troubleshooting/repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Complete service requests and assist with apartment make-ready process.
• Maintain inventory, logs, and safety of tools and equipment.
• Mentor and train other maintenance staff as directed.
