Qualifications

• General maintenance background preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• NYS Driver's License required (see license section).
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor daily.
• Upkeep of grounds.
• Routine maintenance requests.
• Preparation of vacant apartments.
• Preventive maintenance routines.
• Grounds upkeep and maintenance.
• Snow removal operations in winter months.
