Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Lead Generation Associate in Plano, TX to generate leads and build a strong pipeline for dental partnerships. You will support marketing efforts, qualify prospects, and collaborate with the business development team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The role requires at least one year in inside sales (dental preferred) and local commute to Plano. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or dental practice experience preferred.
• Must be local to the Dallas area and able to commute to Plano up to 4 days a week.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate partnership leads primarily through cold calling.
• Build pipeline of future partnership opportunities.
• Qualify outbound prospects and research accounts.
• Collaborate with the business development team on new leads.
• Maintain prospect database (HubSpot) with accuracy.
• Support outbound mailing program and track responses.
• Assist in additional marketing and admin tasks as needed.
