Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. This role also supports marketing efforts within a collaborative team in a high-growth environment.

The position focuses on prospecting, cold calling, and collaborating with the business development team to qualify new leads, manage HubSpot data, and assist with marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position.
• Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts.
• Build a deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities.
• Outbound partnership prospect qualification and account research.
• Work closely with the business development team to generate and qualify new leads.
• Manage and maintain prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates.
• Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
