Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to work closely with the Distributor Sales Team in a hybrid role. This position supports sales opportunities, analyzes customer data, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have lighting industry experience, 1–2 years of inside sales, and strong communication skills. The role requires on-site presence Tue–Thu within 50 miles of our Lansdale, PA headquarters and travel for onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge is required.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Outbound phone sales: initiate opportunities with existing and new customers via outbound calls.
• Price quoting: manage price requests and maintain CRM records of customer information and pricing.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to questions via email or phone in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products.

Job description

Candidates residing within 50 miles of our office will be expected to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday as part of a hybrid schedule Candidates residing outside of the 50 mile radius will be eligible for a remote position If remote this position would require travel to the Headquarters location Lansdale PA for onboarding and training during the first week Must have lightingelectrical industry experience to be considered

The Opportunity

Inside Sales Support Associate position works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the internal team external sales representatives and customers This position is responsible for safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystones Light Made Easy promise

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
• Outbound Phone Sales initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in bound calls
• Price Quoting Management managing new price requests and working within CRM Customer Relationship Management software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies Distributors & Territory Managers
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Cross reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required 1 2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
• Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook Teams and Excel
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform time sensitive work environment
• Comfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skills
• Work well independently or on a team
