Job summary

Body Fit Training in Overland Park seeks a General Manager to lead sales, marketing, and operations for a high-energy studio. You will drive membership growth, manage three revenue streams, and train staff to hit daily KPI targets.

You will report to the Franchise Owner with corporate support, building strong relationships with members to sustain growth and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training team on sales processes.
• Ability to manage and grow 3 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRMs, POS and studio management software.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed studio revenue goals and new member sales targets.
• Lead generation through community outreach, in-studio lead gen, and referrals.
• Oversee three revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail.
• Train staff on sales processes and monitor daily KPI execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage studio operations and cleanliness.
