Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. This hands-on leadership role focuses on operating a single location, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving profitability.

As GM, you will hire and coach the team, manage scheduling, drive sales, oversee cash handling, inventory, and safety compliance, and report to the District Manager. Requirements include a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management (KPIs, budgeting, calculations).
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Valid U.S. driver's license; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift 50+ lbs.; comfortable in enclosed/semi-outdoor environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; include evaluations and discipline.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Prepare paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA/environmental compliance.
